When does Meati ship?

Meati raffle winners are selected every few weeks and will be notified via email that they have been selected. Email will include a request for payment. Once payment is received, Meati products will be packaged which can take up to a day and shipped via two-day shipping. Due to COVID-19, delivery dates/times may vary due to obstacles faced by shipping providers.

Meati is currently only able to service the midwest and western regions of the United States. If you enter the raffle to purchase Meati, your geographic location will influence whether or not you win the ability to purchase Meati. 

Meati is not available for shipping outside of the continental United States until further notice.

What is Meati packaged in?

Meati’s flavor and freshness is locked into resealable bags to minimize plastic before it's packed into a reusable Meati lunch tote. Non-toxic, drain-safe and reusable ice packs, along with dry ice are placed under Meati to keep it chill while it travels. All this comes in a recyclable shipping case lined with insulation that can either be recycled or composted (the insulation can even biodegrade in fresh or salt water without harm to marine life!). You won’t find any printed materials in your box. Instead, look for QR codes to take you to Meati’s website recipes and details on how to cook Meati. Learn more about Eco-Friendly Meati.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately it arrives damaged, or the dry ice has melted and the product is not cold.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
