How To Prepare

Thaw in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
  1. Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil.

  2. Saute 7-9 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes, until outside is browned and internal temperature is 165F.

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Add thin coating of oil to steak.

  3. Grill 12-15 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes until outside is browned and internal temperature is 165F.
