Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries. Orders will start shipping on or after October 23rd 2023. These are based on the subscription duration at a frequency of once monthly. The Meati subscription duration will be less than one year and you will be notified prior to the end of the subscription.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be notified seven days prior to your next month’s billing date. On the billing date, your order will be processed and the credit card on file will be charged. A notification will be sent to your email prior to each shipment and you will receive your shipment based on the carrier shipping time. You will have the option to cancel or continue with the shipment prior to the order being processed.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

If you decide to cancel your order prior to the first ship date on 10/23, you can email us at orders@meati.com and we will send you cancellation details. After 10/23 you will have access to manage your subscription via an online portal.
PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can’t cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please reach out to us within 30 days of placing your order by using our contact form at https://meati.com/contact and our team will respond to your query and, depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a replacement, a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that an Order or product, or a full or partial credit of the purchase price for that Order or product. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit, or refund. Once processed, please allow the refund amount to appear in your account after 5-10 business days.
Meati reserves the right to refuse service, refuse distribution of credits or refunds, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Meati, or cancel Orders in its sole discretion.
