Meati is the show-stopping superfood you've been searching for. Meati contains vitamins, minerals, and is high in fiber, too. We wouldn't be surprised if you felt ready to take on the world after eating some nutritious, juicy Meati!

Jackpot of vitamins and minerals

Why Meati is a Superfood

Made with mycelium and a handful of high quality natural ingredients, Meati's superhero-level nutrition gives it superfood status. Like its veggie friends, Meati is a jackpot of essential vitamins and minerals. Each serving provides iron, potassium, folate, vitamin B12, zinc and more.

almost 1/3 of your daily fiber

Fungi-licious Fiber

Eating a variety of foods that contain fiber is important, as fiber helps support your digestion, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and helps keep you regular. Yet, over 95% of Americans don’t get enough fiber in their diet! Good news that Meati is high in fiber, with over one fifth of your daily needs in a single serving. How’s that for some fungi-licious fiber?

No Saturated fat or cholesterol

Why We “Heart” Mycelium

In addition to being a great source of protein, fiber and essential vitamins and minerals, Meati is also naturally cholesterol free and does not contain saturated fat. With all that goodness we tend to ask ourselves if Meati is a meat-alternative, or...if animal meat is an alternative to Meati?!

Naturally Non-GMO

Non-GMO Proud

Not a fan of GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms)? You'll be pleased to hear that at Meati Foods, we just don't need 'em. Meati's mycelium is naturally fast-growing, so we don't have to work any magic to create Meati that's a nutritional powerhouse.

Free of Gluten and many common allergies

Got allergies?

You’ll be glad to know that Meati’s main ingredient is free of many common allergens, including soy. Meati does not include gluten-containing ingredients, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish or shellfish. And none of those ingredients are in our urban farming facility in Boulder either. But of course, if you are allergic to fungi, you shouldn’t eat Meati.
