How To Prepare

Thaw in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
  1. Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil.

  2. Sauté 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.

  3. Sauté until browned

    Flip every 2 minutes until lightly seared and internal temperature is 165 °F From thawed: cook for about 7 minutes

  4. Remove and enjoy!

    Let rest before slicing or serving

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Add thin coating of oil to cutlet.

  3. Grill for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
