Thaw in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.-
Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil.

Sauté 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.

Sauté until browned
Flip every 2 minutes until lightly seared and internal temperature is 165 °F From thawed: cook for about 7 minutes

Remove and enjoy!
Let rest before slicing or serving
