Grilled Classic Cutlet Alfredo

Few things are as homey and comfortable as alfredo. This is a simple 5 ingredient dish that is perfect for people looking for a satisfying midweek meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Classic Cutlets grilled and cut into strips
  • 16 oz package of bow tie pasta
  • 1-15 oz jar of organic alfredo sauce
  • 1-5 oz package of organic triple-washed baby spinach
  • 1 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil and add salt to taste. Once water is boiling add pasta and boil for 11 – 13 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  2. While the pasta cooks, add 1 TBSP oil to cast iron grill and heat to medium heat. Lightly season each side of the Classic Cutlet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place the cutlet on the hot grill. Cook cutlet for 6-8 minutes, flipping often, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from grill and allow cutlet to rest for 60 seconds prior to cutting into strips.
  3. Once your pasta is cooked, place your rinsed spinach in colander, and pour pasta water over it to wilt. Remove Spinach and place in serving dish
  4. Drain the rest of the pasta in colander. Once drained, add to mixing bowl and mix in alfredo sauce.
  5. Top with grilled and sliced Classic Cutlet and serve.
  6. Optional: Top with grated parmesan cheese.
