Maple Breakfast Patties with Waffles & Berries
Sweet maple-glazed patties, buttery waffles, and tart fresh berries create a perfectly balanced sweet-savory flavor combination.

Ingredients
- 5 Maple Breakfast Patties, thawed overnight in fridge.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 6 tbsp butter, melted (or vegan sub).
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100% maple syrup, for topping.
- Mixed berries of choice (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries).
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and whisk to combine.
- Warm the milk up in the microwave for just 1 minute, or heat until slightly warm on the stove top.
- In a separate small bowl whisk the eggs and stir in the warm milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until blended.
- Scoop the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp. Repeat until all waffles are cooked.
- Meanwhile, preheat nonstick pan to medium heat. Add Breakfast Patties to pan and sauté for 7-9 minutes. Flip every 2 minutes until outsides are browned and internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove & let rest for several minutes.
- Serve immediately, topping waffles with extra butter & maple syrup as desired. Add fresh mixed berries.
